My Fitbit Blaze won't sync

Hello, two days ago my Blaze won't sync with my phone or computer. I've reset the Blaze, I've turned the blue tooth off and on, I removed the blaze as the Fitbit device and was trying to re-add it. It tells me to press the left button .. I've held it for minutes ... Nothing!

 

Do I need to send this in to get it repaired?

Battery ran out. Time changed  won't sync. I've changed settings forget device and won't Bluetooth back and sync. I've deleted app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. After reinstalling less features no longer has steps on!
