Hi folks. The Fitbit icon keeps coming up on my screen as I try to navigate through the menus. I though it was dead so I’ve been charging it for the last hour or so and it still does it. My app says full battery but it can’t do anything in the screen as the icon keeps popping up..

Sorry to hear about your Blaze only showing the Fitbit icon and thank you for charging it. Please try restarting your device and see how it behaves after this.
