Fitbit icon stuck on screen

The fitbit icon is stuck on my screen. My blaze went dead last night and I’ve charged it all morning and it’s still stuck with the Fitbit icon on the screen. I’ve done the restart and it flashes off for a second and then goes right back to the icon on the screen. I’ve had the blaze for over a year. Help....

I'm sorry for my delayed response. Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, as well for your efforts in restarting your device. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. If you have any question, I recommend to contact them so you can receive more information about your case.
