Fitbit logo flashing on display

I had my Fitbit powered down for around 60 days. Switched it back on a charged overnight. Screen went blank. I then tried to power off but all I have now is the Fitbit logo constantly flashing. Won’t power off or do anything. iPhone 8 can’t find it via Bluetooth either. Not my first problem with the Blaze. Help please

Hi @Neilmcgregor, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, certainly your Blaze isn't working as the way it was designed. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your device using the buttons:

  1. For Fitbit Blaze, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I’m afraid that didn’t work. The logo just flashes constantly even when I hold the buttons down. And there’s no way to power off as I can’t get to the settings page on the Blaze.
