Fitbit logo on Blaze display

So my grandma bought me a Blaze because I asked for one a while ago. I took it out of the box, and clicked the left hand side button. All that popped up on the screen was the Fitbit logo. Then the screen would blink every few seconds. So I tried putting it in its charger, plugged into a wall plug from my charger. I have had it on the charger for a total of probably 10-12 hours, in the past day and a half and it still just has the Fitbit logo on the screen. For about a second today it flashed a low battery so I put it back on the charger and it won’t show a charging symbol, and I can’t get it to sync to my iPhone. I don’t know what’s wrong with it please help?

It does not sound like its set up. The message you are seeing will not go away until its set up correctly

Also do a restart on it. Do it at least 3 times.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Did you get to paired your Blaze or are you still seeing the Fitbit logo on your tracker's display?

I charged it from 6 am until 2 pm today so it should be charged. I have tried resetting it but it does nothing. I have been trying to set it up on my iPhone since I got it and it is not working. My device says it doesn’t find it.

I had already tried resetting it before I posted and every time I had tried to set it up on my iPhone it won’t sync because it says it can’t find it. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it.
