Fitbit may be broken

I got the Fitbit Blaze last year for my birthday, and this entire year it has worked no problems, but then I found out that I couldn't swipe side ways. I was just stuck on the first slide, but I could still swipe up and down for notifications. I looked through the community and found that someone else had this problem and they just said to restart the blaze. I restarted and it worked again and I decided to charge it,  but once I put it back into the charger it reverted back to not swiping. I don't know what to do. Please Help.

Last year? This tracker hasn't been sold in several tears. Where did you get it from? If it sat on a shelf in a warehouse for several years anything could be wrong with it, starting with the battery.

I've had my fitbit blaze for several years using it off and on when I get on a health kick. Just went to try it today and I had the problem you're having. I can swipe up and down while it's  charging but off of the charger it doesn't come on at all. It will sync while on charger tho

 App sates the battery is full.
