Hello!

I've been trying to charge my Fitbit Blaze with a working charger. When I put it on the charger, the screen will light up with the blue diamond icon then after a few seconds it will go to my main screen.  The battery indicates that the battery is low (red) but will not charge. I've tried to reboot the device but it will not reboot once I take it off the charger to do so. 

I'm not sure what I am able to do at this point!

Mine as well. 

My Blaze is 2 years+ old. I wonder if that has something to do with it acting this way.
