Fitbit not recording floors

My Fitbit Blaze has suddenly stopped recording floors since yesterday. Have restarted it but no difference. Has anybody any idea what is wrong please.

Thank you for sharing all this information about your Blaze that is no longer tracking floors and confirming that you already tried to restart your Fitbit.

Hello Davide,

Thankyou for you input about this problem. Strangely the fitbit is now registering floors althought it didn't do it immediately after restarting. I hope the problem is now solved and won't recur.
