I wish I had know that my fitbit was not compatible with my phone (Asus). I am unable to get my notifications send to my watch as a result.

Hello @missdee416, it sounds as if the tracker syncs fine, not everything is lost.
One thing i have not been able to determine is the phones Operating system?

That's a positive look @Rich_Laue but I had a Garmin before and I am used to getting my text messages etc.. on my watch. I am just upset that I am not getting the full use of my fitbit. I may switch back to Garmin. We will see.

It's nice to see you around the forums @missdee416! As you already know, the Asus phone is currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added it to the list what means that we don't have a estimated date on when it will be added. If the device supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), I assume that's the reason why you are able to sync, however, since the phone is not compatible we cannot guarantee that also the notification will work (like in your case).
Let my friend @Rich_Laue know about your OS to see if he has a little trick for you and your notifications.
I will also make sure to update you in this thread when the Asus is added to the supported devices list.
