Mine isn't syncing either. It says can't find tracker. Turned Bluetooth off and on & turned blaze off and on. Phone is next I guess. Blaze also has totally wrong time. Says last sync was Tuesday (today is Thursday), but it was working yesterday. Ugh.

Best AnswerSame for me. Had Blaze for a year and two Android phones (Samsung Galaxy S6 edge and S7 Edge). Continual problems syncing if you don't go into the app regularly and time eventually goes completely random to a date in the past. I'm tired of having to unpair Bluetooth, shut down the Blaze, uninstall app, reinstall app and attempt to sync again which doesn't always work and results in me wasting loads of time trying to sort it. I love my Blaze but the app syncing issues are relentless and it's for this reason I won't buy another when this one gives up the ghost.

First of all, thanks for troubleshoot this issue by yourselves. If your trackers are not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your trackers should sync properly.
