Does anyone have any idea how reliable Fitbit delivery times are in relation to their estimate when taking on order on-line. I ordered a Blaze and metal band frame on 21 June

Blaze estimate 5-6 weeks

Shipped in 8 days. 

 

Band estimate 4-6 weeks

Not yet delivered and no update from Fitbit.

It shows the Metal band in stock. I would take your email that you got and reply to it and ask for an update. I'm sure they would help you.

Thanks. I will take your advise. I would have hoped that Fitbit's systems would be able to match stock and outstanding orders without needing a prompt from their customer. heyho

Regarding to your question, it all depends on the demand of the tracker you are ordering. I would like to know if you have already get in touch with our support team, have you received news from them?

Hi
I contacted support who advised shipment would be next week preceded by a notification email. I have not had notification but have received a further email from support enquiring if I need more help. Hard question to answer as I have still not received the goods nor been advised of dispatch, but it is too soon to be concerned.
