Fitbit not working

The face of my Fitbit blaze has shut off. I placed on the charger and it reappears and it shows it is fully charged. I took it off the charger and screen is gone. I tried pushing the two buttons. Nothing is working. I deleted it and tried to add back on and it can't even locate it. I only had this thing for four months

Have you tried to do a restart at all?

Do it at least 3 times.
