Fitbit needs to have a defective unit drop off and replacement place so that we are not missing too many days of tracking, and in some cases weeks while our Blaze are being replaced in the mail upon approval. That is a very time consuming process if you've been through it like I have, or are very serious about tracking your fitness. It takes even longer if they ask you to return your defective pebble. I have had four Blaze replacements in less than a year. Two were gifts that I had purchased. That is a very high error ratio! Because of this, they need to strike a deal with Target and other retailers or have a place we can drive to with a print out for a replacement exchange. Just look at these posts, way too many defective units sold.
