Blaze not recording all steps

Hi, I purchased a Blaze in July and have been using it every day (I have been doing 200 miles a month challenges so need to record every step!) I have noticed that the last couple of days my Fitbit seems to freeze for a short time, and then it starts adding steps again! It seems to be doing it regularly, I’ve tried resetting a few it and it doesn’t make a difference! I’ve noticed that a few people have posted about this problem so see that it’s not just mine 😩 What can I do? Thanks

Just to add it seemed to know I’ve posted this and has now completely frozen!! 😡
