I need to connect a blaze fitbit to my account, but it won't work. I have tried restarting the fitbit, restarting the bluetooth on my tablet, and it still won't work, even though it worked just fine a week ago! HELP!

I'm sorry you're having a hard time getting your tracker to connect 😕
Are you trying to set it up for the first time or it has connected before and now it won't sync anymore?
Since you've already tried restarting your tracker, I can recommend restarting it one more time making sure you're pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and the tracker will then reboot. After that, try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section on your app, tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions until your tracker connects to your account.

I have tried to do so, but OK. And it did work previously. It just doesn't now.
