My Blaze is stuck on one screen (The one that shows the steps, calories and stairs) and it's not allowing me to reset it when I push and hold down on the left and bottom right buttons for over 15 seconds.

Welcome to the Community @CATyus. Are you available to swipe? If you are, I recommend turning your tracker off by doing the following:

1. Swipe to Settings

2. Slide down

3. Tap Shutdown

4. Confirm

Then you can just turn the tracker on by tapping the main button.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I am unable to swipe left or right, and when I hold down the left and bottom right buttons, it stays on the notifications screen. It will not restart

Thoughts that i have @CATyus are:

-make sure the tracker is securely in its frame.

-try pressing the buttons while the tracker is out of its frame

-let the battery go dead, thus turning the unit off, tgen charging which will do a restart /reset
