Based on your responses in the forum, you have effectively shut the door on new clock faces for the Blaze.  What that says to me is that you make consumable products, like a cheap mobile phone, or anything made by Apple.  However, there's no technical justification for that. These devices can have 10 year lifespans, or longer.  I'm on my second leather band for this one.  If I am satisfied with a product, I don't replace it. I am still satisfied with the Blaze, apart from being bored with the clock face, which is a function of not having enough clock faces to choose from, because you did not produce a sufficient variety of clock faces and have now stopped. Lots of people complained about this - you ignored them. Planned obsolescence is the difference between allocating limited resources for supporting an older product, and allocating no resources at all.  Microsoft tried to dump Windows XP long before they finally stopped supporting it, but their installed base was too large and too satisfied with the product, and everyone screamed bloody murder.  Apple pulled a fast one on me back in 1992, dropping support for a computer that was only a year old, and I'll never willingly buy anything from them again.  Our Aria scales quit connecting to our cable WiFi, and your tech support wasn't able to help, because there really was never any plan to be able to solve that kind of problem. Am I going to buy a Fitbit product when the Blaze stops working?  Probably not, unless something changes.

FYI, the original subject of this reply is "The sleazy art of overcharging customers for optional accessories". The plastic watchband that came with the Blaze made my wrist break out in a rash.  The beige leather replacement cost $100, discolored and fell apart quickly in ordinary use. The third-party replacement  I have now cost me $30.
