I have a tablet running WinRT 8.1.
Win10 is not available for this tablet. When I open the fitbit app for this platform, there is no tile for sleep or food. If I tap the + sign, the options to log food or sleep are grayed out. The blaze does not show up under devices in the app although I can get the blaze to connect via bluetooth to the tablet. I believe the app is just pulling the info off the website and not actually syncing with the blaze. Attached is a screenshot of the app. The iphone app works flawlessly so it's not an issue with the blaze itself. I have to use the website (on the tablet) because the app is worthless like this. Suggestionss?

Hello @lorraineg the one thing i can agree with is yes the app displays what it has pulled from the server, i say this because all the fitbit apps do this. A sync takes your Fitbits data and sends it to the same fitbit serve. It is on the server where things like sleep and exerecise is calculated.
Now the app goes back to the server and retrieves the data display.
So is your app syncing? The best i can say is to go to fitbit.com in the browser and see how long ago the tracker synced.
One more point, i see you say the iPhone works great, that's good, as i say above it doesn't really matter how the data gets synced to the fitbit server. Since the blaze is connected to the iPhone this could be what is preventing the tablet from connecting to the Blaze.. The Blaze is a BT receiving device and there for is only able to connect to one BT host at a time? Try turning off the iPhone BT then try a sync of the tablet.
As for the greyed out options i have no clue, but I'm going to move your post to the windows section since this is about the app and not the tracker.
OK I see there is no section for the win 8.1 app so I'm leaving the post here.

Hi, @lorraineg, Windows 8.1 is no longer supported moving forward, and it does not work with the newer Fitbit trackers (like Blaze, Alta, Charge 2 and, when it comes out, Flex 2). So the best thing is, as you say, to use the web based version, as the app will not work properly.
