Hi all I've had my Fitbit blaze for 7 months now all has been good until today it switched off and now won't come back on it comes on when in the dock but won't charge or do anything else I can't move across to settings screen. Tried normal reset. Frustrated as I'm about to start using the gym full time. Sucks!

Thank you in advance

Hi Wendy

I spoke to someone on live chat and I'm getting a new module. It's just
dead.

Thank you

A warm welcome to the Community @Jon13121982, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new Blaze, at the moment of receiving it, follow these steps to paired it from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
