Fitbit won’t do anything

My app won’t let me do anything. When I click activity, water food...nothing. Also, when entering custom food before it froze up, it would log calories as 0 calories. What’s going on?  I recently upgraded to Premium and it seems like that’s when problems started.

I can explain the custom food logging zero error. This is down to a known bug that Fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

In terms of the other issues, have you tried restarting the Fitbit? It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Here's how: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
