Hey, I followered the reset steps and my Fitbit still isn't syncing all my steps. For example: I have over 10k and it's only showing 6k. Thank you

Hi there @Keshh. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community!

I would just like to know what happens exactly. Is it that you see the 10k steps on your tracker but when you sync it to your app it only shows the 6k in the app or it is that when you sync it, the steps on your tracker lower to 6k and that's what it shows on both the tracker and the app.

Could you please describe the whole process?

Also, do you by any chance log any activities manually? Logging activities manually works great for instances where you forgot to wear your tracker but would like to keep track of your activities but if you were in fact wearing your tracker and manually log an activity for the time you were using your tracker, it could create conflict and this could cause your steps to disappear.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hello,
Yes it's only syncing half of my steps onto the app.. like today I'm
showing over 11k on my Fitbit but on my app it says 6,500. No im not doing
it manually it usually automically syncs everything but no it's not
