My fitbit is not showing text message notifications and has not been for atleast a month. I see that other people are having this issue as well. When will this be resolved as it is a huge convenience.

Hi @Maryjane319   make sure you have the latest Fitbit app for your mobile device and that your device is compatible with your Fitbit. Which phone and operating system do you have? the list of compatible devices click to see

This is unfortunately irrelevant as I have done all of those things. Been through the whole troubleshooting run around. It still shows notifications for phone calls, let me control my music but only once in a blue moon it will show a text.
