Flashing screen

I've had my Fitbit blaze since April this year and once or twice a month the screen is flickering and scrolling along to settings it's is flashing.  The restart does work but is this a glitch that has been fixed ? I just don't want to restart it one day and it doesn't come back at all

Hey there @Shasha77, welcome to the Community!

 

First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. At the moment of seeing that your Blaze's display is flickering, I recommend verifying that you are doing the following to restart it:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I've been going along to settings and then shut down and then restarting it. I shall try that way when it happens again.
