How do I get my Blaze to sync?

 

It hasn't synced since October.

 

Would not syncing also affect the time? The time is totally off. At first it was just off an hour, then two, and now it really off--The actual time is 6:55, and my blaze says 10:39.

Hi, @VickiBr, yes, if your Blaze is not syncing the time will not be kept correct.

 

I am assuming that you haven't changed anything (like getting a new phone) and that your Blaze used to sync and has stopped syncing.

 

I usually find that restarting my Fitbit and then immediately trying to force a sync works.  Restart instructions are here.  Sometimes you need to repeat the restart two or three times.

 

If the restart doesn't work, then toggling Bluetooth off and then on again on your phone can help.  Also make sure that other Bluetooth devices are kept out of range as the signals can sometimes interfere.
