Floors climbed not accurate

I live in a 4 story Georgian town house there are 55 steps to the top but the blaze Fitbit won't count them No!! As they have a flat break at 9.5ft 😡 On each level this is not fair!! Help

If you are having problems with the information that your tracker is registering, I recommend taking a look at our How accurate are Fitbit trackers? article. There you will find the way that the Blaze registers your floors and some reason why it is not being accurate.

I've solved this by raising my arm above my head at the top of the flight of stairs! For a particularly short flight you might need to bend down at the bottom and put your hand up at the top!
