Forget device trying to reconnect

Hello my Blaze wasn't syncing so I hit "forget device" now my phone won't reconnect my Blaze! I'm so frustrated. Can anyone help?

Hello @amanda, when you say you hit fight device, is this in the phones Bluetooth settings, not the app? Would it be possible to tell us what phone you have, especially since you say this is where the problem is? 

Is your Blaze still connected to your account?

I was responding to the original poster who I addressed by name. 

 

@amanda when you say you have the same problem, could you please give some more detail? Like phone type, what you did, and what is not happening, any error messages.

@Mmarx I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and confirm that you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
