Frozen blaze

My screen is frozen on the heart rate screen. The fitbit will not shut down at all. A few months ago the heart rate tracker quit alltogether. Called customer support and it couldn't be fixed and it was a few months past my limited warranty. I am angry. I am sure this makes my fitbit useless, I could live without the heart rate calculated, but this?!?!? Not sure I will buy another fitbit period and surely will not be recommending them to anyone else .

It's great to see you around @Alethial123. If your tracker's display is frozen, I recommend restarting your Blaze by following these steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I actually had to allow the fitbit to run completely down before it reset
itself. I am not a happy camper right now with this Blaze. 😞
