Frustrations over Blaze not syncing

I have been very happy with my Blaze until recently. Starting about three weeks ago, after a run, I go to check and find that it isn't syncing. I have restarted my phone, the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, switched bluetooth off and on. It makes me want to switch to a Garmin. I have had this less than a year and I am unsure what to do.

Having tried restarting the phone without any luck I would try restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work.
