Need help with using my Blaze

my blaze has been the worst purchase. it doesn't connect emails, phone calls or texts. it does record my steps.

Hello @m.mcreynolds, are you saying your app doesn't send emails text and phone notifacations. 

Have you checked on the tracker to see if they are turned on? Swipe down on the clock or hold in the upper right buttun?

Is the notification settings in the app correct? Also check the notifacation center or sound settings depending on the phone.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your notifications? Did you follow the instructions provided by our friend? In the meantime, please check if your phone is a compatible mobile device
