So Thursday night I am trying to continue my streak of 10,000 step days...and I just hit it. Got the celebration message on the screen and everything. Got it right before midnight, total was just over 10,000 steps.
Well, I didn't get to synch until early-Saturday morning and guess what ? It's saying I only did 9,956 steps....even though the miles done that day are MORE than the mileage for 2 other days in the week that also hit the 10K level.
This has happened before and I'm not sure why. I've synched 3-4 times but I can't get the Thursday Step total to advance.
My streak is stopped, I'm not happy, and I advice evereyone doing records or streaks to update the data ASAP because something gets lost over time apparently.

I would recommend at this point restarting your tracker a couple of times. Just to make sure that anything not working properly on it to be readjusted and for everything to work fine again.
For restarting your tracker, press and hold the left and lower right buttons at the same time until your tracker reboots and once it comes back on, you can keep using it as you would normally do and see if this makes any difference.
