Hi,
My Fitbit Blaze tracking is all over the place this morning I tracked this run on both my Blaze and Strava using the same GPS on my Samsung 8:
Fitbit 4.6k
Strava 5.74K
Why is there a nearly 1k difference on the distance especially as the Fitbit is using the phones GPS as is Strava? The correct distance is the Strava one as I run this route with friends regularly.
What can I do to get the Fitbit to be reliable?

Thanks for being part of our Community @puffingdavid.
If the information that your Blaze is registering isn't being accurate, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. Also, check and update your stride length data, after these steps test your Fitbit.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()

My Blaze has always been inaccurate and inconsistent on distance, even when connected to the GPS on my phone.I walk the same course, and it will show that as being anywhere from 1.45 miles to 2.70 miles. The map on the dashboard looks the same, so I am sure it was connected throughout every walk. The step count varies from 2900 to 4500 steps. My old Fitbit One used to consistently show the same course to be 2.8 miles and 5000 steps.
