I was out walking yesterday and my blaze was working fine. All of a sudden it vibrates twice and I got a red cell phone pic with a line through it. When I checked my stats that was when the GPS stopped working. Today I couldn't get it to link, just said check your app, but my blaze is syncing so I know it is paired. Just can't link the GPS? I turned Bluetooth off and on a few times. Restarted my iPhone 7.

First, let’s take your Blaze through some troubleshooting steps:
1.) Restart your Blaze
Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
2.) Remove your tracker from your Fitbit account and then set it up as new.
Try those above steps and let me know the outcome!

Best AnswerIt seemed to work. Oddly enough, however, when I did a test run at work just a minute ago, the map that showed up was obviously my morning walk from this AM. When I clicked on it, the zoomed pic was at work, but the preview pic on the screen was my house.
Thanks!!

I’m glad it worked for you! For the other problem, I would give it a few days and see what happens.

Did not fix the issue. Unable to link to iPhone to use GPS
