Tonight I went on a bike ride with my Fitbit Blaze. ive ridden this route before, and it's about 13 miles out and back. When I checked the data immediately following my ride, the entire route was mapped, but I was only given credit for a 3.87 mile ride. My ride timed out at around 1:04:00, so dividing that by the miles, my average MPH was in the 3mph range, when I actually averaged around 12mph. Any idea why the route was mapped out, but not all the miles were accounted for?

@Mightymems A warm welcome to the Community! Have you done the same route with the same time and have you gotten more distance? It's weird because if the route was mapped that shouldn't be inaccurate. Also, could you please provide me with a screenshot for one time that it was exact the same but with accurate distance and another one with the information that you just mentioned?

Keep me posted.
