GPS tracking with exercises

Hi,

I have tried multiple times, with different troubleshoot methods to fix the issue of - going into exercises, selecting walking and it cant find my phone (galaxy s8), always comes up saying "check fitbit app".

I have checked the location permissions and settings and the bluetooth is connected. 

It worked with a bit of trouble on my old phone (iphone 6s) but hasnt worked once since i changed phones.

Please help?

I think the problem is the phone. The S8 is not fully supported by fitbit. Have a read of this thread for more detail and updates:
