Getting Notifications - Notifications Turned Off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently had to do an update on my FitBit Blaze. Since then I am getting text message, call, and calendar notifications on my Blaze even though in the FitBit app they are turned off for my Blaze, and in my Settings on my iPhone there is nothing in text message, calendar, or calls that says to notify my FitBit, and the FitBit under Settings on my iPhone has all notifications turned off. How do I get them to stop. My wrist is constantly vibrating.

Hello there @mlashcraft! Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂

If you don't want to be receiving notifications on your Blaze, you can easily disable them by swiping from the top of the screen on your Blaze. You will have the option to leave them on or to turn them off so that should take care of it.

If that doesn't work, you can also restart your tracker and do the same again. To restart your Blaze, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Let me know how it goes!
