Getting fitbit.com/setup message

Its been on charge all day but nothing to say its fully charged.Only thing on screen is fitbit.com /setup..thats all .

It's great to have you here @Karleezoe! It sounds like your Blaze got disconnected from your Dashboard. I would like you to restart your tracker and make sure it's properly charging it. (You can try changing the port where it's been plugged it in)

Hi,

Fitbit Blaze is stuck on fitbit.com/setup, in reading several post they say "restart tracker" how do you restart your tracker.... I have restarted my PC and nothing changed... we are installing the new Blaze on our existing fitbit account... It has been running for hours... we charged it for 4 plus hours...

Thanks for all the different posts and UTubes...  I got my Blaze working.. 

It would be sure nice if there was a 1-2-3- manual.  Something for a 76 year old to follow.
