I know exactly how you feel! I made the mistake of commenting on a popular post and was bombarded with notifications. This is one of the reasons I don't comment any more.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a way of muting notifications for the post, or even removing my comment altogether so that I wasn't a participant. So it seems once you comment you will keep getting notified until the comments stop. Not a good solution at all.

A warm welcome to the Community @Nav11 and @N8teGee thanks for stopping by.

If you commented on a post and start receiving notifications that you don't want to receive, you can unsubscribe to that thread in order to not receive more notifications. You just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Open the Community
  2. Open the thread in which commented
  3. Tap the 3 dots icon
  4. Tap Unsubscribe

You can also check the attached image so you can have an idea where to tap.

I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else. Woman Happy

@AlejandraFitbit Unfortunately we're not talking about the fitbit help forum. What we are describing is the community feed within the fitbit app.

Thanks for the clarification @N8teGee, I already checked this and you are right, there's only an option to report the post. It would be great to have an option to unsubscribe from them as you can do it in the Community.

I took the liberty and searched for a request for this but didn't find any, that's why, I recommend visiting our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.

Keep the stepping up! Robot Happy
