Getting "Check Fitbit app" message

I have recently noticed that my exercise is not being mapped.  When I select the exercise I get a message 'check Fitbit app' and there is a red cross through the phone symbol.  I have  checked my Bluetooth connection and ensured location services are switched on.  I have even re-paired the device on my phone but still no connection for mapping.  All other functions work fine.  Any ideas?

Hey there @Damien_M! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. This type of error usually means that you need to grant location permissions on your phone or change a setting in your tracker, just as you've mentioned  you've already did. I would like you to double check that you're following all the requirements here Why isn't GPS working?
