Getting started Blaze

Got Fitbit Blaze. When I go to charge it,  it lights up but no charging icon. App says low battery after charging over night. Also can't change anything on the screen. Just says  Fitbit.com/setup below the fitbit icon. Account is all set up and the tablet it's  on says it is synced.

Same issue here, I even't can't sync as battery is too low, but can't get it charged... Tried to restart the tracker several times and sync via my compoter (windows 10) and via app on smartphone, nothing works and this for a device that costs 200 EUR!!
