I have had a Fitbit blaze for about a year now and take note that this is my second one. But nonetheless I have my blaze set to do 200 steps every hour and when I got mine today, it buzzed and I looked down at the screen to see it all corrupted and when restarting it, it just continued to be in a boot loop with a corrupted screen. Nothing has changed since. Any help would be nice.

Edit:2 years I have had it for

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have checked with our Support Team and it seems you already created a case with them and were offered a discount as the Blaze is currently out of warranty. Keep in mind that if you need further assistance you can reply to our team as they're the ones handling your case.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.

This is not an acceptable solution, there is no reason something should glitch like that 2 months after the warranty and there be no fix. I also had the same issue and they offered me the same solution. "Oh perfect you can get a discount on our new one." This is not a user issue, this is a product issue or corrupted coding. How can they get away with this?

I have the same problem with my blaze I have had it for a year and 5 months I take care of my blaze well as I use it everyday. Not it won’t stop glitching as mentioned above
