@LynrunnerSo that the Forum can help... can you provide more information please.... and from your post you did a total of 5 miles.

1. Were you using the Blaze Exercise Run and Connected GPS ?

2. If not, did you use Exercise Tracking (MobileRun). ?

3. Did you get a tracked map after you synced. ?

4. If you used MobileRun, did you pause and resume etc before Finish.?

5. What phone and model number ?

6 What version of the App..?

@LynrunnerThanks for the reply.. Are you having difficulty inserting the screenshots..?

I do the same comparisons with my Blaze.. even using track exercise (MobileRun) and the Blaze at the same time..  Even MapMyRun....

Because.....In the Southern Hemisphere we have an East/West distance error increasing at the rate of 12" (30cm) per second.  OK on the North/South.  Only with the Connected GPS on the Blaze.. No issues with MobileRun.

I would say this is the problem.

You should turn the device on before you start the run, tap the run app and wait until a strong signal displays on the screen before actually pressing start.

I'm guessing that by not letting the GPS lock in and stabilize before starting the run, may have threw everything off.

Why would you start the device part way into the run?

I would try doing another run and start the run app & let it get a stable signal before starting, and see what happens then.
