I'm having issues with the HR not being calculated or BMP on my tracker. Along with that I noticed the same time it stopped working the sleep stages were only being shown in Basic Sleep Details rather than the more detailed stages.
Any idea on how to get these working properly again?
I've tried loosening the strap on the watch so it moves more freely for a day and that doesn't work. Any help is much appreciated!

@SunsetRunner,jcountry22. Here is some good information about your heart rate monitor. You may find something in the article that may help with your heart rate issues. See link below it from Fitbit website.

I too was having this problem. There are a few things I have tried and seem to have worked.
1. Hard start your tracker by holding down the left button and the lower right hand button together until you see the fitbit logo
2. Make sure your HR is set to ON and not Auto, (this will drain the battery if left this way). but it seem to only work correctly this way for me. I find that keeping it on Auto the led lights turn a very light green and the if I tap the blaze it shows bright green.
3. I have change the setting to nondominant hand but keeping the blaze on the dominant hand on the phone app.
4. Make sure your bluetooth is connnected to the blaze.
Since doing these changes I have been receiving the sleep stages consistantly since July 20.
Good Luck

A warm welcome to the Forums @jcountry22, @SunsetRunner. @Aclobos and @Butterflywings thanks for stopping by.
If you are having inconveniences with your heart rate reading, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this information and some tips to improve it. Also our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing more detailed information here about how sleep stages works.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
