I woke up this morning and my steps were already 7,200. Yesterday my Blaze recorded 45,579 steps and 3 badges I certainly did not earn. How can I fix this glitch?

A warm welcome to the Community @Lindsay.brown. It sounds like your tracker is not resetting at midnight. To avoid this to happen again, I recommend restarting your Blaze. And to negate that extra information, you can manually log the activity driving by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the "+" icon
  2. Tap Track Exercise
  3. Enter the information
  4. Tap Log It
  5. Sync

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to delete the earned badges.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have restarted my Fitbit and it didn't work.  I have since been awarded the Olympian badge for 100,000+ steps, which is ridiculous considering it was on the charger.

The battery is draining and doesn't last an afternoon!

It is now giving me a clock error telling me to try another clock!

Thanks for the update @Lindsay.brown. Since the troubleshoot provide didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

See you around. Woman Wink
