HR reading not accurate anymore

Lately I’ve been having issues with the HR readings on my blaze. I do high intensity trainings followed by cardio, where I use the machines’ polar HR monitor to double check the accuracy of my blaze. The readings between the polar and my blaze used to be pretty similar, with a difference of only 2-3 bpm. However, after the last update and (maybe) after I got in the shower for 3 seconds with my blaze on, the HR readings are completely different. For instance, today while doing incline walk on the treadmill my blaze read 118-122 bpm whereas the machine’s polar heart monitor read 163 bpm. As I said, the readings used to be pretty close so I’m baffled about this.

It's great to have you here @Erika91! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned about using a Polar HR and Blaze. Each tracker will show different information because they will track your data based in different algorithms.

You may want to double check that you are properly wearing your tracker and some tips to improve your heart rate data. Also, you can try restarting it

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
