Heart Moniter not working on Fitbit Blaze

I got my blaze on Sunday and my heart Moniter stopped working yesterday. I've tried the following:
Checked the settings to make sure it is on
Shut down and turned back on
Held the 2 buttons to (L and Bottom R) to restart
The green light on the back isn't on anymore is there anything else to try to fix this???

Thank you for the response @AlejandraFitbit that didn't help much because the sensor isn't working at all

It looks like you've already tried several things to get your tracker sensor to work to no avail. At this point, I would recommend getting directly in touch with the Support Team. They will be happy to take a deeper look into your tracker and see what is exactly going on and get you back on track.
