Log has stopped showing any Heart Rate data since 28 Sept 2017, all others seem OK, I have the app on 2 off Android phones and also logged into my account on my PC, not showing on either after that date.

Watch shows current/live.

Any suggestions as to why or how I can fix it.

A warm welcome to the Community @GrahamJ3. Have you tried to perform a force sync? If you haven't, I recommend trying by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Tap Sync Now

 

If you continue without seeing your heart rate information, please provide me with some screenshots of this issue.

AlejandraFitbit Hi

The first is main display on my phone, second is expanded Heart rate, third is same screen showing other dates, forth is Steps, which is up to date as are all the other screens.
