Hi, @Willyeag, if the LEDs on the back of the Blaze are not flashing, and toggling them off and the on again does not help, and you have tried the restart procedure three times and it is still not working, then I would say it was time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to tell them the troubleshoting steps yu have already tried.
