Can you help, I have no colourful background on the time dial, my heart rate doesn't register (still alive I promise!) and to sync I have to restart every time.  It's only a few months old...IMG_4194.JPGIMG_4196.JPG

That's really strange... Never had I seen something like this to be honest...

 

Are you able to see the green lights flashing on the back of your tracker? If so, you can try to swipe to the last screen on your Blaze to the Settings, tap on that, then go to Heart Rate and toggle from whatever setting you have it on, to Off, sync, then try putting in on On or on Auto and sync it again and see how it goes.

 

Again, this is very weird but let me know how that goes so that we can move forward with any other solution. Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

I've tried that still no luck.  It has just been displaying the Fitbit logo and says Today underneath it but I have just reset and it has gone back to the black and white screen

 

I have the green flashing lights
