The heart rate monitor on my Blaze has stopped working. Both green lights are flashing on the back. I have tried restarting it. I have tried cutting the heart rate sync off and on and auto. I have tried disconnecting Bluetooth and then reconnecting. Nothing works. Please help.

Yes I am having the same problem I have tried numerous things that have been suggested. I have recently turned my blue tooth off and then back on again and let the blaze pair again and it seemed to have worked for a short time. All my attempts have been short term fixes. There is obviously something not right with it. I no longer am getting sleep stages all off a sudden which seems to be a known fact. Next I am going to contact support.

I contacted customer support and now I'm back working!!!!!
Have to push and hold bottom right and left buttons for 10 seconds. The Fitbit logo will pop up wait then sync the device and.....
wala the ❤️ monitor is working!!!! Hope it helps you as well. If not, call them!!! Good luck everyone with your Fitbit!!!
