I've just upgraded to a Blaze from Charge HR. I'm having issues getting the correct settings for my heart rate in order to register active minutes. When heart rate is in the 'On' position, my active minutes go up irrespective of what I'm doing and when the heart rate is set in 'Auto' which apparently is the recommended setting, active minutes is 0 all day despite exercising. If I have the heart rate in the 'On' setting, my resting heart rate is 50 points higher than on my Charge HR. Are the two settings connected? Can anyone please help? Or have a bought a dud? Many thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @RAD1971. Could you please tell me which activity are you doing to earn active minutes? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also, in this post our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing more tips to properly use your Blaze.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks for your message. The exercise ranges from running, to brisk walking to playing sports and riding a bike. Just been on a brisk 6 mile walk now and it's registered 0 in active minutes. Never had this issue with my charge HR. It's also not tracking my sleep. 100% regretting upgrading from Charge HR to Blaze.
